Grounded in research, lived experience, and practical insight, Unstoppable by Design explores what genuinely helps women build confidence, influence and momentum. The work prioritises clarity over performance, agency over aspiration, and small, intentional shifts over abstract leadership theory.

Through retreats, research-led storytelling, podcasts and facilitated programmes, Unstoppable by Design creates space for women to pause, reflect, and redesign their next chapter on their own terms.

Through CivicaNet, this partnership focuses on deepening conversations about leadership, influence and resilience within the public sector to create reflective, off-stage spaces where women can think clearly, speak honestly, and reconnect with their judgement.

A global network founded by Sarah Bar Lev, bringing together women leading and delivering change across sectors. Women in Change centres the realities of change leadership: navigating uncertainty, influencing without authority, and sustaining energy over the long term. Its work is practical, peer-led and grounded in the lived experiences of women shaping systems from the inside.

Alongside her work through Women in Change, Sarah is the co-founder of the Unstoppable Retreat, a facilitated experience designed for women at pivotal moments of professional or personal change.
