This is a closed, senior-level breakfast gathering for women in executive and leadership roles who are navigating the often unseen pressures that come with responsibility, visibility and influence.

While leadership can appear confident and composed from the outside, many of the realities senior women manage remain largely unspoken, from the physical and emotional impacts of menopause and mental health, to caregiving responsibilities, burnout, and the expectation to consistently perform strength and resilience.

This event creates space to acknowledge those invisible pressures and examine what it truly means to lead when the demands of performance, wellbeing and personal life intersect.

Across the morning, the programme will explore:

• The hidden pressures many senior leaders carry but rarely discuss
• How expectations of resilience and composure shape leadership behaviour
• The impact of health, wellbeing and personal responsibilities on executive performance
• Why certain leadership challenges remain invisible within organisational culture
• What it might look like to lead with greater honesty, sustainability and support

The format is intentionally open and conversational. The morning will combine keynote insight with a candid panel discussion grounded in lived experience, alongside time for informal discussion and connection.

There are no sales pitches or formal presentations, simply a space for thoughtful dialogue with other senior women who understand the complexity, expectations and realities of leadership today.
